Website Chatbot

A site-embedded AI assistant trained on your services, area, and FAQs.

Conversational intake — no form fields. Books appointments directly. Doesn't hallucinate prices or claim to cover ZIPs you don't serve.

How it works

Start with the free ~45-minute Leak Audit. We tell you whether this agent actually fits your shop before anyone quotes anything. Stack6 handles the install end-to-end and walks the scoping numbers with you live.

THE LEAK
$1,800–$14,000/mo
Median shop · lost to this leak

Site visitors × the gap between contact-form conversion (1–3%) and trained-chatbot conversion (8–15%) × your average ticket × close rate. The math tightens on sites with paid traffic feeding into them.

The free Leak Audit returns the number for your shop — built from your call volume, ticket size, and close rate. No mock data, no industry averages.

01What it does

Passive contact forms capture 1 to 3% of visitors. A trained chatbot captures 8 to 15%. Same traffic, four or five times the leads in the queue Monday morning.

Trained on your specific services, service area, pricing logic, and FAQs

Conversational intake — no form fields, no abandonment

Direct booking handoff to dispatcher via SMS or email summary

Flags emergency intent and routes to dispatcher for immediate callback

Captures visitor intent and contact even when no booking happens

02How it shows up in the field

Three real scenarios from real trades.

The math is universal across residential service. The lived experience is trade-specific. Here's what this agent looks like inside HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops doing $1M–$10M.

HVAC

Visitor at 9pm wants to know if you cover their ZIP.

A homeowner lands on your HVAC site at 9pm Tuesday. They want to know if you service their ZIP and what an AC install ballpark might run. Most shops have a passive contact form. Stack6's chatbot answers both questions accurately (because it's trained on your actual coverage map and price logic), then books a free estimate slot directly. No form fields, no "someone will contact you in 1–2 business days."

Outcome

Lead captured, qualified, and booked while a competitor's site is showing them a form with 7 required fields.

Plumbing

Emergency at 2am. Visitor needs to know if you respond now.

2am water emergency. Homeowner Googles "emergency plumber [city]", clicks through to your site. Chatbot identifies the emergency intent, immediately escalates to dispatcher for callback, doesn't try to book a routine appointment for next Tuesday.

Outcome

Tech rolls within 45 minutes. The homeowner picks you specifically because the chatbot understood emergency vs. scheduled service.

Electrical

Estimate ballpark question that bots usually botch.

Visitor asks: "Roughly what does a panel upgrade cost?" Most chatbots either invent a number (bad), refuse to answer (worse), or repeat the form field (worst). Stack6 was trained on your actual quote ranges and responds with a real ballpark + caveats about what affects pricing, then offers to book an estimate.

Outcome

Higher-intent leads book free estimates. Lower-intent tire-kickers self-select out before clogging the dispatcher's day.

03How it integrates

Lays on top of whatever you're already running.

Nothing has to come out for us to go live. Keep your existing scheduler, dispatch board, and CRM — the agent works alongside them. Calendar and CRM integrations are available and get configured during onboarding, only where it earns real time back.

Don't see your stack? Flag it in the Leak Audit. We'll walk through what you're running on the scoping call and pick out only the pieces that pay for themselves in dispatcher hours.
04Recovery math

What this agent usually pulls back.

Most visitors hit your site and bounce. A passive contact form captures 1-3% of them. An AI chatbot trained on your services captures 8-15% — same traffic, 4-5× the leads. Home-services case studies show 70%+ booking-rate lifts and 138% conversion gains.

Typical annual recovery range
$30K$150K

The range comes from industry benchmarks for residential service shops your size. Your number gets calculated against your own call volume, average ticket, and close rate inside the free Leak Audit.

05Stack6 vs. the alternative

Stack6 vs. Generic ChatGPT-style website widget

There's a wave of "add AI chat to your site" widgets. Most are thin wrappers around generic LLMs with no business context. Stack6 vs. those:

 Stack6Generic ChatGPT-style website widget
TrainingTrained on your specific service lines, ZIP coverage, price logic, FAQs, and emergency criteria. Knows what you actually do.Generic GPT-4o. Will confidently tell visitors you service ZIPs you don't, quote prices you don't charge, and offer services you don't provide.
Hallucination controlRefuses to answer questions outside its training scope. Routes to a human instead of fabricating.Hallucinates regularly. Has been documented quoting fictional prices, promising services that don't exist, and committing service businesses to impossible deadlines.
Booking flowBooks directly into dispatch — same handoff as the Receptionist agent. SMS or email dispatch.Captures contact info and emails it to you. You still have to book the appointment manually Monday morning.
Emergency intent detectionRecognizes emergency phrasing and routes to immediate human callback, not next-week scheduling.Treats every conversation as a regular lead. Emergency context lost.
What it isn't

What it won't do: replace your sales page. The chatbot answers questions and books — it doesn't sell the business. Your site copy still has to do the convincing; the chatbot just removes the friction between "I'm interested" and "I'm booked."

06Common questions

The questions every shop asks before installing this.

How do you train it on our specific services?
Onboarding includes a 60-minute interview where we capture your service lines, ZIP coverage, price logic, FAQs, emergency criteria, and any "do not commit to" rules (no flat-rate quotes via chat, no warranty discussions in chat, etc.). The chatbot's responses are constrained to that training — it cannot fabricate beyond it.
Can it actually book appointments, or just collect contact info?
Books directly. Same dispatch handoff as the Receptionist agent — SMS to dispatcher, email summary, or shared-calendar write. Visitor leaves with a confirmed appointment, not a "we'll contact you" promise.
What if a visitor asks about something we don't offer?
The chatbot says so plainly: "We don't offer that — would you like our recommendation for someone who does?" It doesn't pretend to provide services you don't. The fallback path (referral or polite decline) is configurable during onboarding.
Does it work on mobile? Our traffic is mostly mobile.
Yes. The widget is mobile-first and uses standard chat UI — no special app, no download, no email signup. Industry data: mobile chat conversion is typically 1.4× higher than mobile form conversion on service-business sites.
How does it compare to Intercom or Drift?
Intercom and Drift are built for SaaS — designed to capture visitor contact and route to a human SDR. Our chatbot is built to close the loop entirely for a service business — qualify, answer trade-specific questions, and book the appointment without human intervention. Different tool for a different job.
What happens if the AI gets stuck or confused?
Hand-off to a human is always one tap away in the chat UI. Visitor can also request a human at any point. Inability-to-answer triggers automatically route to your dispatcher via the same handoff plumbing as a normal booking.
